A large fortune 50 company is seeking a detail oriented Senior Project Manager. This Project Manager will support the international Workforce Management organization, with a primary focus on the VNDLY Vendor Management System (VMS) and contingent workforce operations. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage reporting and data analysis efforts, and drive process improvements across international staffing programs.he ideal candidate will have a strong project management background combined with advanced analytical skills and extensive experience working with large datasets in Excel. This individual will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, suppliers, procurement, HR, and technology teams to ensure successful execution of workforce-related initiatives and ongoing operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years Project Management experience
Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Data Analysis and Reporting, Complex Formulas, Power Query
Experience working internationally with teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of international workforce operations and compliance requirements.
Experience supporting workforce data, reporting requests, and process improvement initiatives.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bilingual
PMP certification
