Reliability Engineering Manager

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineering Manager to support a chemical manufacturer client in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities include:
Coordinate Reliability Engineering activities including (but not limited to):

• Identification, Design, and Implementation of facility and equipment upgrades

• Identification and resolution of recurring reliability issues

• Coordination of Predictive Maintenance activities

• Planning and coordination of plant shutdown maintenance repairs including direct supervision of contract maintenance crews

• Identification and tracking of equipment criticality and critical spare parts

• Develop/revise written mechanical maintenance procedures

• Analyze and improvement of site precision maintenance techniques

• Spearhead and be responsible for the site’s Spare Parts Program and ensure the appropriate strategy is in place along with being accountable for the Store Room budget and organization.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (minimum B.S.)
- 7 years in manufacturing/industrial maintenance
- 3 years of management experience
- Ability to run RCAs, control/improve MTTF & MTTR

- Experience running co-op programs
- Strong electrical background
- Spare parts strategies experience
