Job Description
A large client of Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager to lead initiatives within a global planning environment. This role focuses on driving the development and optimization of applications that support international logistics and operations.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning: Facilitate refinement and requirements sessions, track milestones, and manage timelines.
• Communicate effectively: Provide clear updates to leadership and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams: Work with architects and developers to understand system design and tools.
• Manage application development: Oversee new builds and enhancements of logistics-related systems.
• Coordinate globally: Work across international teams and ensure smooth communication between business and technical units.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• PMP certification.
• Experience in technology (e.g., help desk, coding, development).
• Background in logistics or airline operations
