Job Description

A large client of Insight Global is seeking a results-oriented engineering professional to lead and support global operations. This role is responsible for managing complex projects that enhance transportation network efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service performance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in airline cargo logistics, operational engineering, and strategic planning, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of operating plans to optimize global logistics networks.
Help develop analytical tools to support operational decision-making.
Drive process improvements across transportation and cargo operations to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Ensure compliance with international logistics and aviation regulations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting tools to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions aligned with global logistics strategies.
Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising operational integrity.
Set strategic direction for business process transformation and operational tool development.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering, logistics, or a related discipline.
Strong background in airline cargo operations, including:
Network planning
Operational process improvements
Regulatory compliance
Supply chain management
Budgeting and cost control
Data analysis and performance reporting
Excellent analytical, communication, and computer skills.
Proven ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
