Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented pediatric oncology program support professional to support global pediatric oncology initiatives focused on improving childhood cancer treatment, care delivery, and research worldwide. This individual will coordinate cross-functional projects, manage data and documentation, support international stakeholder collaboration, and assist with research efforts related to childhood cancer treatment and financial hardship.
The ideal candidate has experience and clinical knowledge in pediatric oncology, program coordination, research administration, or healthcare project support, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
Program & Project Coordination
Support the development and standardization of Adapted Management Guidelines (AMGs) and Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) for pediatric cancer treatment and supportive, palliative, and survivorship care through collaboration with internal teams and international partners.
Coordinate meetings with global stakeholders, including organizations such as SIOP, pediatric surgery and radiation oncology societies, and other childhood cancer advocacy groups.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items.
Maintain version control and ensure timely updates across multiple documents, systems, and platforms.
Manage repositories and document storage within Microsoft 365 and other approved systems.
Research & Data Management
Support projects related to childhood cancer research on a global scale.
Develop, maintain, and manage data collection and extraction tools with knowledge of Qualtrics.
Identify, organize, and track eligible research manuscripts and publications.
Review and analyze scientific literature related to pediatric oncology.
Extract and enter data from research articles into Smartsheet, Excel and other databases.
Maintain tracking spreadsheets and repositories for research tools, manuscripts, and project-related resources.
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records, contact information, and project documentation.
Coordinate updates across Excel, Word, Forms, Smartsheet, CRM platforms, and other project management tools.
Generate reports and support data collection efforts as needed.
Ensure data integrity, organization, and consistency across all project resources.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of program coordination, project coordination, research coordination, or related experience.
At least one year experience in pediatric oncology or oncology.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience working with Qualtrics, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and SharePoint/Microsoft 365.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience as clinical research nurse or similar role.
Masters Degree
Background in healthcare, public health, clinical research, oncology, or pediatric oncology.
Familiarity with cancer-related terminology and clinical research environments.
Experience conducting literature reviews and extracting research data.
Experience using Smartsheet, CRM systems, or similar project management platforms.
Experience supporting global or international programs and partnerships.
