Job Description
A large client of Insight Global is looking for a proactive and technically minded Product Owner to lead the development and refinement of enterprise applications. This role requires strong ownership, the ability to translate business needs into actionable features, and close collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Own the product lifecycle, acting as the subject matter expert for assigned applications.
• Lead feature refinement, write and size user stories, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with a development team of 7–10 members, participating in daily scrums and planning sessions.
• Support new and existing projects, contribute to application design, and participate in demos to validate functionality.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Problem-solving mindset with a “can-solve-it” attitude.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in a technical or engineering environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps (ADO) or willingness to transition to it.
• Experience in logistics or airline operations is a plus.
