Job Description
The Operations Consultant & Quality Control Consultant will be responsible for leading and coordinating quality improvement initiatives within the multicenter EVAT Project and other GCC Program projects. This role involves the implementation of strategic projects that optimize internal and external processes, facilitating standardization and ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of the program's initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's or university degree in the fields of engineering or Health Sciences.
2. Specific training in areas of Quality that contemplate concepts of improvement, assurance, management and Quality Planning based on validated methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Toyota Production System or Institute of Healthcare Improvement.
English and Spanish (oral and written).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
3. Postgraduate studies focused on some area of quality (improvement, assurance, planning, etc.)*.
4. Postgraduate studies (diplomas) in quality improvement methodology specifically focused on the environment of health sciences and medical care (eg. Institute of Healthcare Improvement).
5. *Alternatively, 5 years' experience in coordinating, managing, or administering quality improvement projects of complex operations.
