Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Maintenance Manager role is based in Memphis, TN (onsite) to join a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences.

The Maintenance Manager will lead and mentor a high‑performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. They will bring a strong background in mechanical reliability, utilities, boilers, pumps, refrigeration, and high‑speed rotating equipment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years as an Industrial Maintenance Manager
• Background in:
○ Manufacturing (chemical, industrial, large-scale production)
TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) experience required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
• Six Sigma
• Reliability Maintenance background
Experience leading transformational change
