A leading Fortune 250 retailer headquartered in Memphis, TN is searching for an Information Security Analyst to join their SOC within the IT Security department. This person will work alongside other analysts to respond to security alert tickets, identify any risks, and close out cases.
Responsibilities may include:
· Investigate and respond to security alerts and work with necessary stakeholders to manage and resolve incidents
· Analyze data to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
· Mitigate potential threats before they cause harm
· Develop strategies to remediate security incidents
· Utilize necessary tools to detect and respond to complex threats
· Maintain detailed records of security incidents, responses, and outcomes

· Familiar utilizing CrowdStrike data to analyze security events and determine if there is malicious intent
· Previous experience as a Tier 2 or 3 InfoSec Analyst
· Previously worked within a SOC environment
· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to identify the root cause of issues
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
· Understanding of utilizing ticketing systems

· Experience working with the following tools: Devo (SIEM), Swimlane (SOAR), SPLUNK, Microsoft Azure, Proofpoint, Mimecast
· Ability to develop solutions utilizing automation
