Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Downstream Chemicals Account Representative to join a growing sales team at an industry leading oil and gas client. This Account Representative would be based at a client refinery in Memphis, TN. This person would be focused on streamlining day-to-day refinery operations, as well as maintaining strong client relationships. Ideally, this person has dealt with industrial chemicals and can demonstrate proper application techniques. This person will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and working closely with the client to ensure overall refinery success.

This role is offering $90-105k base with a strong bonus structure. This role also offers a competitive benefits and stock option plan.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of technical chemical applications in a refinery
- 2 years of Refinery experience
- Experience working with process, finished fuel, and water treatment chemicals
- Strong customer communication skills and process improvement initiatives
- Strong attention to safety

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Chemical lab testing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
