A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Digital Design Manager to support their growing E-Commerce department. This person will report onsite in Memphis, Tennessee and work a hybrid schedule. They will be responsible for driving innovation and growth by mentoring team members, supporting internal initiatives, and continuously improving the digital retail experience for customers.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Partner with leadership, product, research, and tech leads to address design priorities in an Agile setting.
- Engage in user research insights to identify customer improvements with key stakeholders
- Oversee projects and assist designers throughout the design lifecycle.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs through competitive analysis and best practices.
- Facilitate and engage in peer design reviews to shape design outcomes.
- Collaborate with the product team to outline user journeys and functional requirements.
- Work with digital agencies to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Mentor and manage a small group of designers, to support their professional growth.
