One of our large clients is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team. This is an on site 5 days a week role, unless directed otherwise. Responsibilities include but are not limited to -
Support maintenance of computer systems and networks.
Respond to basic customer/end-user queries within timelines.
Assist in preparing reports and documents related to technical support (e.g. problems, resolutions, assets registers).
Provide logistics support in coordination with third parties.
Proactively develop deep knowledge of technical concepts, processes, and procedures.

Experience supporting business teams around IT needs.
Experience supporting Windows and Mac devices.
