Job Description
A client in the Lebanon, TN area is looking for a Sr. Inventory Analyst to join their team. They will be responsible for, but not limited to, the duties below.
Key Duties:
• Develops and executes daily inventory transfers of raw materials from offsite warehouse to production unit to maintain optimum inventory levels at production unit
• Develops and executes excess inventory transfers of raw materials from production unit to offsite warehouse for best space utilization
• Reviews and maintains Safety Stock inventory levels, ensuring Safety Stock is updated and accurate based on the latest demand plan.
• Collaborates with other Supply Chain team members on recommended Safety Stock changes and drives the execution of those changes.
• Performs regular Weeks of Supply review analysis and provides recommendations for changes.
• Collaborates with Buyers on recommended Weeks of Supply changes, including push/pull/cancel POs and drives the execution of those changes.
• Performs regular item rank analysis review and drives any necessary updates.
• Performs coverage group analysis and collaborates with Buyers on recommendations.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to prepare inventory reports and provide insights.
• Collaborates with IT and Finance on inventory report accuracy and needs.
• Develop and maintain inventory metrics, including turns and in stock percentage by item rank.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of work experience in inventory management and/or supply chain management in manufacturing environment
2+ years of work experience in an inventory planning or inventory analyst role
PowerBI experience (building basic reports)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, inventory management, supply chain, finance, accounting or related discipline is preferred.
D365 experience (SAP would be next best)
Inventory control experience
Inventory waterfalls
