Director of R&D

Insight Global is seeking a Director of R&D for a medical device manufacturer in the greater Nashville, TN area. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in designing and developing innovative mobility solutions from concept through commercialization. This role drives strategic direction, oversees new product development and sustaining engineering, and ensures the product portfolio remains cutting-edge. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and other teams to bring transformative assistive technologies to market, while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. With access to state-of-the-art tools and a talented team of electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, you’ll make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
