Job Description

This individual will play a critical role in helping scale and mature the company's FP&A function by partnering directly with Finance leadership and regional business leaders. They will own forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and executive-level financial insights while helping the organization better understand financial trends across a large and constantly evolving business. The ideal candidate is a hands-on finance professional who enjoys digging into complex datasets, building processes, improving reporting capabilities, and translating data into actionable business recommendations. This individual will work closely with Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, and Operations teams while helping optimize Workday Adaptive Planning and supporting executive-level decision making.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage bi-weekly full P&L forecasts in partnership with regional leaders and back-office management teams.
- Analyze revenue, bill rates, pay rates, markups, gross profit percentages, and operational trends to identify business drivers and opportunities.
- Create executive reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and financial presentation materials for leadership teams and board reporting support.
- Partner directly with EVPs and operational leaders to provide financial forecasting, budgeting support, and performance analysis.
- Build and enhance financial models used for strategic planning, business growth initiatives, and scenario analysis.
- Cleanse, validate, and organize large datasets across multiple systems to improve reporting accuracy and business visibility.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Accounting, and Operations teams to continue expanding utilization of Workday - Adaptive Planning and improve reporting processes.
Identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and help establish scalable FP&A best practices across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of FP&A experience focused on forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Expert-level Workday Adaptive Planning experience including implementations, optimization, administration, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating findings into executive-level business insights.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills including forecasting, scenario planning, and dashboard creation.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams through KPI reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to build reporting structures and financial planning processes from the ground up.
