Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a General Manager of Human Resources for a permanent, full-time opportunity that sits onsite in Knoxville, TN. This GM of HR will be responsible for creating a positive employee relations environment and oversee all HR operations for the location. They will independently and cross-functionally design, own, and lead large HR-projects that improve the overall employee experience. This GM will also be involved in leading annual wage/benefit surveys and make changes as needed. They will lead the governance and implementation of employee relations policies/procedures to ensure the currency, accuracy, and accessibility to HR, People Leaders, and Associates. Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of HR Operations/Positive employee relations experience
8+ years of leadership experience building high-performing teams and leading through changes
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organization Leadership, Management or similar
Excellent communication skills - ability to work independently and cross-functionally

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

HR Certifications (SHRM-SCP; SPHR)
PowerBI experience
Experience working within automotive industry (or automotive suppliers)
Manufacturing industry experience
