The Live Production Specialist's primary responsibilities are to help our leadership determine the best technology solutions to meet their desired virtual or hybrid meeting outcomes. In this role you will work with third parties and vendors on the intended design of meetings, video conferences and other events in conjunction with US Meeting and Event Services, US Event Enablement, and/or Global Programs. Responsibilities to include: * Responsible for the execution of a variety of event technology solutions, provide audio/visual consultation, including virtual registration, mobile apps, virtual events, hybrid events, meeting hub and digital production. * Experience with a various event technology platforms and AV equipment (Virtual and Web Conferencing Platforms, Gamification, Attendance/Registration tracking, Appointment Scheduling, Mobile Apps, Communications, Event Analytics, & etc.). * Experience taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to juggle many different tasks, skilled communication with a diverse audience, including ability to propose solutions and explanations in writing and collaborate with a wide range of teams to oversee events. * Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive proposed resolutions. * Evaluate new applications/products and maintains standards for firm audio/visual technology and services.

3-5 years of experience with live stream, external cameras, design thinking sessions, and audio & media
Previous experience with production management (Run of show creation, customer intake, floor manager, scheduling, customer relations, problem solving)
Hands on experience with the following software/equipment: Adobe Graphic Studio, Zoom Platform, Powerpoint, teleprompter
Experience with the technical aspects: Streaming protocols, equipment set-up, lighting grids, calling camera shots, media asset organization, video and audio editing, motion graphics, multiple product integration
Must be able to troubleshoot and work in a fast-paced/dynamic environment
Experience with customer intakes and maintaining customer relations
Able to work onsite in Hermitage 2-3 days a week
Experience with Black Magic, Tricaster, PTZ cameras, NDI, wirecast, vmix, obs, video switching
