Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Remote Oracle HCM Manager to join a growing ground transportation and logistics client headquartered in Greeneville, Tennessee. This individual will report into the HR Team, but will be working cross-functionally with Corporate IT and other departments and will have 2 two direct reports. At its core, this person will be responsible for managing the companys HR systems specifically Oracle Core HR and Oracle Recruiting. Since Oracle has been implemented with this client for over 5 years, the ideal candidate will have strong in-house expertise leading global projects and ongoing improvements. This is a great opportunity to work with senior leadership and take the existing Oracle HCM system to the next level.

Required Skills & Experience

-Background in hands-on configuration with Oracle Core HR and/or Recruiting modules (can work with developers & give direction on steps needed)
-Oracle Fusion HCM leadership experience (must have proven track record of leading global cross-functional teams and projects)
-In-house expertise (must have two plus years with the same company and well-rounded knowledge of the Oracle system post-implementation)
-Extensive HR business-process knowledge to partner with senior leadership on go-forward strategies for the Oracle HCM system

-Oracle HCM certifications
