Job Description

A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for some Remote IT Integration Leads to join their team. In this role, the individual will drive all technical integration and cutover execution activities related to migrating from a legacy ERP system to a modern cloud‑based platform, with a key focus on transitioning third‑party integrations as the organization moves to Oracle. Acting as the central point of coordination, this person will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure seamless interoperability and a smooth go‑live experience. Daily responsibilities include leading the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions that connect the ERP with internal and external applications, as well as creating and maintaining integration specifications and interface monitoring processes. This role collaborates cross‑functionally to validate integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and support iterative testing throughout SIT, UAT, and performance testing cycles. The individual will oversee defect tracking and resolution, facilitate technical working sessions, and manage vendor deliverables to maintain alignment across all workstreams. They will also build and execute the end‑to‑end cutover plan—including tasks, dependencies, checkpoints, and contingencies—while coordinating technical resources during mock cutovers and go‑live events. Throughout the project, the individual will track progress, communicate status updates to leadership, identify and mitigate risks, and effectively translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders across IT, business operations, finance, and HCM teams.
