Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Product Owner to lead the delivery of scalable retail merchandising platforms that enable consistent planning and execution across a large store network. This role works closely with the Product Manager to shape the product vision and lead day-to-day execution, turning business goals into scalable, high-quality solutions. This role serves as a bridge between merchandising planning and in-store execution, ensuring that upstream decisions translate into accurate, scalable, and measurable store outcomes. This position is ideal for a product leader who understands retail complexity, thrives in cross-functional environments, and is enthusiastic about building platforms that support real-world retail operations.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within retail or related domains, such as:
Merchandise financial planning and forecasting
Assortment and category strategy
Space planning and store layout design
Pricing and price label execution
Store operations and field execution
Proven experience owning product backlogs and driving roadmap execution
Experience delivering products end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical design and data integration decisions
Demonstrated ability to operate across domains and manage cross-functional dependencies
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions across multiple domains without direct authority
Experience working with and influencing senior-level stakeholders
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Agile tools and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
