Our client in Goodlettsville, TN is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join their team to support monthly reconciliations and basic report production for a fast-paced financial operations team. This position is designed for someone early in their financial analytics career who is eager to grow and learn. In this role, you will be focused on maintaining and updating existing production reports while supporting monthly financial account reconciliations. You will assist with basic reporting tasks and gradually gain exposure to point-of-sale (POS) system testing, including shadowing senior analysts during regression and release testing processes. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical and analytical skills while working alongside a collaborative and experienced team. A strong foundation in Excel and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset will set you up for long-term success and growth in this role.

13 years of experience in financial reconciliation or reporting
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables required)
Bachelors degree preferred (will consider candidates with strong experience)
