In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end movement of import trailers via ground transportation, ensuring efficient coordination across transload facilities, warehouses, and final delivery points. The focus is on visibility, timeliness, and performance tracking in a high-paced, high-volume environment, across multiple carriers and stakeholders. Strong professional communication skills and a deep understanding of the companys mission and operational standards are critical, as this role involves frequent provider-facing interactions, including weekly calls and monthly & quarterly data presentations.
Key day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Monitoring container pickup, unloading at warehouse or a transload facility, empty container return, trailer pickup and then final delivery to distribution centers.
- Coordinating with warehouse teams, 3PL partners, and carriers to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient delivery.
- Tracking and reporting on key transportation KPIs and proactively resolving issues that may impact delivery timelines.
- Supporting weekly operations calls and participating in monthly or quarterly reviews with carriers and internal leadership.
This is a full-time, on-site position with the flexibility of one remote workday per week.

5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics.
Bachelors degree required in Supply, Logistics, Business Chain Analytics, or a related field.
Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and develop tangible solutions within transportation networks.
Ability to translate complex logistics data into clear insights and actionable reporting for operational and leadership teams.
International transportation or logistics experience.
