An employer in the Goodlettsville area is looking for a Facility Maintenance Coordinator to join their team to help during the peak season.
This person will help process maintenance requests for 21,000+ flagship stores. Each week the team escalates around 7,000
maintenance requests via email and through the internal ticketing system. The maintenance requests that are coming in are regarding
HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, mechanical issues, etc. Once the request has been processed and routed, this person would assign the
appropriate vendor to come make the repair. Roughly 90% of the time is spent working through the maintenance requests and 10% is
making inbound/outbound calls to vendors and owners.
