Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join their product and engineering organization. This individual will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex software products and workflows. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can translate business requirements and user needs into scalable, elegant solutions while partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in ambiguity, influencing product direction through design thinking, and delivering high-quality design artifacts that are implementation ready.

Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end user experiences for complex digital products and workflows
• Conduct user-centered design activities including workflow mapping, information architecture, and interaction design
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to shape product strategy and solution design
• Translate customer insights, research findings, and product requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Participate in product discovery efforts and contribute to defining product direction
• Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives when making design decisions
• Leverage data and customer feedback to continuously improve usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction
• Apply and contribute to design systems and established UX patterns
• Ensure experiences adhere to accessibility, responsiveness, and modern UX best practices
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders while incorporating feedback effectively
• Drive consistency across products and workflows while maintaining a high standard of design quality

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or related experience
• Experience designing complex software applications, SaaS products, or enterprise platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred)
• Strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping
• Experience designing scalable, implementation-ready solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
