Job Description

Our customer is looking for a Field Services Manager who will be responsible for leading a field services team delivering IT infrastructure solutions across construction, expansion, and renovation projects, ensuring accurate hardware deployment, vendor coordination, and process implementation. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on project oversight with deep knowledge of low-voltage systems and construction environments, ideally supported by 3–5 years of enterprise IT experience and strong cross-functional communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of direct experience in enterprise IT.
2-3 years of direct experience in managing a field team.
2-3 years of experience working on large-scale projects
2-3 years of experience working on construction projects Demonstrated knowledge of IT Infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to read and modify floor plans Demonstrated ability to lead and to effectively communicate with staff at all levels including a proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff across multiple disciplines.
