Job Description
• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a professional and welcoming front office experience
• Schedule and confirm appointments, managing provider calendars and optimizing patient flow
• Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance information, and consent forms
• Handle insurance verification, eligibility checks, and pre-authorizations as needed
• Process patient payments, co-pays, and maintain accurate billing records
• Manage inbound/outbound calls, answering patient questions and coordinating care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic patient records in EHR/practice management systems
• Collaborate with clinical staff and billing teams to resolve scheduling, insurance, or patient discrepancies

Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of front desk or patient-facing experience in a dental, oral surgery, or medical office
• Experience with practice management systems / EHR (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OMS, etc.)
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Highly reliable with the ability to multitask in a team-oriented environment
