Were looking for a seasoned AV professional to steer the execution and management of audiovisual systems across diverse environmentsfrom large-scale live events to modern meeting room setups. This individual will oversee AV tech strategy, operational delivery, and innovation across hybrid collaboration platforms. Responsibilities include:
Live Event Production:
Lead the planning, setup, and execution of live productions including town halls, webinars, and hybrid events.
Operate and manage vMix for live switching, streaming, and recording.
Ensure high-quality audio using lapel and handheld microphones, mixers, and DSPs.
Direct camera operations and manage multi-camera setups for live and recorded events.
Corporate Room Systems:
Oversee installation, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and other UC platforms.
Troubleshoot AV issues in conference rooms, boardrooms, and training spaces.
Collaborate with IT and Facilities to ensure AV systems are integrated and up to date.
Technical Operations:
Maintain and inventory AV equipment including cameras, microphones, switchers, and control systems.
Provide training and documentation for end-users and junior AV staff.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for AV installations and upgrades.
Project Management:
Lead AV projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in AV setups.

· 5+ years of experience in AV management, live production, or broadcast environments in a corporate Enterprise environment
· 5+ years of supporting AV systems in a corporate office environment.
· Strong proficiency with vMix (they use this to bring in), NDI, and streaming platforms (YouTube Live, Vimeo, etc.).
· Strong proficiency in Teams, Zoom, Webex, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and AV-over-IP technologies.
· Proficiency with lapel microphones, audio mixers, PTZ cameras, and video switchers. (They have their own equipment that they will need to maintain and upgrade down the lien
· Proficiency with AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron) and digital signage.
