Occupational Therapist – Post-Acute Rehab
$5K-$10k SIGN ON BONUS
Insight Global is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-focused care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include implementing and adapting treatment plans for activities of daily living, setting and modifying functional goals, and supervising OTAs and rehab aides. The OT will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Candidates must hold an active OT license, CPR certification, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and proficiency with therapy software and Microsoft Office. Required Skills & Experience
• Must be NBCOT-certified upon hire, but renewal is optional going forward
• Must be a graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT)
• Must be currently registered/licensed in Tennessee
•CPR Certification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experienced in facilitating group therapy sessions
