Job Description

A client out of the Memphis area is looking for an engineer to join their 24/7 service engineering team to act as a technical resource for live aircraft and engine issues. This resource will respond to field calls, troubleshoot powerplant problems, evaluate airworthiness directives, and support maintenance teams with documentation and engineering guidance. The role is focused on real-time support for the client's active fleet and requires strong powerplant experience, especially with GE, Pratt & Whitney, or Rolls-Royce engines.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering
* 5–7 years of aircraft engineering experience
* Hands-on experience with large engines
* Experience working on live airplanes
* Prior work with GE, Pratt & Whitney, or Rolls-Royce engines
* Strong troubleshooting and technical writing skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience supporting Delta, American, United, or Southwest fleets
* Familiarity with service engineering environments or airline maintenance ops
* Exposure to 24/7 tech support or field repair coordination
