Job Description

A client/employer of Insight Global headquartered in Memphis, TN is searching for a Product Manager to join their team. This candidate will sit fully remote and work alongside different stakeholders to ensure clients are fully supported by managing product setup and customer onboarding.

Responsibilities may include:

- Triage product defects
- Collaborating with different stakeholders to address client needs and ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Oversee the setup of products by handling configuration, creating user accounts, and resolving any technical issues
- Conduct product demonstrations and create reference materials for users
- Deliver customer support and gather feedback to improve the client experience
- Participate in system testing

Required Skills & Experience

- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent.
- Excellent customer support experience and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Previous experience working with large clients
- Ability to triage product defects and resolve issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Local to Memphis
