A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Portfolio Operations Lead to drive execution, governance, and cross‑functional alignment across digital product lines. This person will serve as the central point of coordination across Product, Operations, IT, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Regional teams—ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned, operationally ready, and prepared for commercialization. This is a highly execution‑oriented role focused on turning strategy into action, enabling launch readiness, and providing leadership with clear visibility into portfolio health and risks.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in Product Operations, Portfolio Management, Business Operations, or enterprise program leadership
Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
Strong experience with launch readiness, operational execution, and go‑to‑market coordination
Proven ability to drive alignment and execution without direct authority
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting digital products, operational platforms, or large‑scale enterprise initiatives
Background in logistics, transportation, healthcare, or other operationally complex industries
Familiarity with commercialization, revenue reporting, or product‑to‑market readiness
