Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Junior Account Manager to join a landscaping company in the Memphis, TN area. This individual will be required to frequently communicate with clients over the phone, email and site visits. You will be responsible for scheduling and managing multiple crews daily across various locations, coordinating job-specific details with supervisors and foreman, and conducting frequent property inspections for quality control. Additionally, you will
you will estimate and sell landscape upgrades and enhancements to existing clients, as well as landscape maintenance contracts to potential clients. Overseeing all aspects of enhancement jobs, including procurement, deliveries, and installation, will also be part of your responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in landscape related field
- 2-5 years of experience in the landscape industry
- Proven leadership background in the landscape industry
- Time management skills and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of common pest and disease issues on plant material
- Willingness to learn
- Clean driving record
- Self-motivation
