Job Description

A large client out of the Memphis, TN area is seeking a Digital Product Tools Analyst who can take the lead in building and managing our Jira environment. This person will set up Jira from the ground up and support ongoing configuration, maintenance, and optimization. The role also contributes to the broader product management tooling ecosystem, which includes Airtable, PowerBI, Agility (formerly VersionOne), GitHub, Planview, Excel, and other platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Jira administration or a similar role.
• Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator
• Experience configuring Jira projects, workflows, fields, and automations.
• Understanding of how data flows between systems and how to maintain accuracy and structure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting product management or Agile teams.
• Familiarity with Airtable (or similar relational database cloud platforms (PowerBI, GitHub, Planview, or Agility.
• Basic understanding of APIs or platform integrations.
• Experience creating dashboards or reports for product or engineering stakeholders.
