Job Description

A client/employer of Insight Global is looking for a highly organized and proactive Exec Admin to function as a Chief of Staff-style support for three Directors. This role will be based in Memphis, TN, with an expected in-office presence of approximately three days per week. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing executive-level operations, staff meetings, and onsite engagements, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and strategic alignment across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in executive support, operations coordination, or chief of staff-type roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
