Job Description

A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Digital Program Coordinator to join their team. This person will be supporting a global migration involving millions of customers. They will work fully remote and communicate with domestic and international stakeholders to provide program structure and support overarching business initiatives.

Responsibilities may include:

-Bring governance and structure to the program to enhance operational efficiency and overall productivity
-Create schedules and timelines for program
-Follow-up with key stakeholders to ensure they are meeting KPI's
-Map dependencies between workstreams
-Provide reports that monitor progress updates, problems, and possible solutions

Required Skills & Experience

-3-5 years of hands-on experience collaborating with teams to improve program operations
-Experience working through a global migration
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-Agile experience
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
-Ability to be adaptable and proactive as changes occur

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-PMP or relevant certifications
-Logistics Industry background
-Strong knowledge of technical terminology -
