Job Description
We are seeking a Lead WebSphere Administrator to manage and support our enterprise B2B eCommerce platform. This role is responsible for WebSphere cluster administration, application deployments, release automation, production support, and overall platform reliability. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with WebSphere Application Server, CI/CD automation, and troubleshooting large-scale production environments, along with a strong interest in cloud technologies and platform modernization initiatives.
Must be located in Tamil Nadu, India
Salary Range: Up to 23 LPA

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience supporting HCL Commerce (v8/v9) or IBM WebSphere Commerce in enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment (WAS ND) administration and cluster management.
Expertise in release management, deployment automation, Jenkins, and CI/CD best practices.
Experience with Shell, Python, Jython/wsadmin scripting, and infrastructure automation.
Strong troubleshooting skills across application, middleware, web server, and database layers.
Experience supporting technologies such as Oracle, Solr, IBM HTTP Server, IBM MQ/JMS, and RHEL.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, Opsgenie, or PagerDuty.
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Ansible or similar configuration management tools.
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, containers, and Infrastructure as Code.
Relevant certifications in WebSphere, HCL Commerce, Red Hat, or cloud technologies.
Experience leading teams and driving automation initiatives within a global delivery environment
