A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly professional VP of Customer Experience. This individual will work closely with the CXO to shape and implement a Fortune 500 company's customer experience strategy, ensuring it aligns with financial goals. This leader will be responsible for helping build out a wholistic strategy for customer experience across the enterprise. Responsibilities will include e collaborating with leaders across various departments to understand customer preferences, develop comprehensive insights, and track the progress of initiatives. This role will use data and feedback to improve service delivery, advocate for new technologies, and foster a customer-first culture. This individual will support customer-centric governance, inform marketing with customer insights, and identify unmet needs and future opportunities in the marketplace. This role will be a strong strategic and people leader.

10+ years of experience in a Customer Experience leadership role
Experience building out a CX strategy
Experience leading direct reports
Has held a VP or above title
Master's Degree in Marketing or related field
