A client of Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Tax Accountant to join their team. This individual will serve as the sole tax specialist within the company, responsible for reconciling and reviewing federal and state income tax returns, managing tax filings, and conducting tax audits. Key responsibilities include handling all 941s, FUTA, SUTA, and state withholding returns, with monthly and quarterly reporting. Additional duties involve researching tax-saving strategies and collaborating closely with the CFO to analyze tax cash requirements. This role also includes researching guidelines for sales, use, telecommunication, and specialized taxes. This individual must be adaptable, highly skilled in tax, and a strong communicator.
