Job Description

A client of Insight Global's is actively searching for an Staff Accountant to join their corporate Accounting team onsite in Chattanooga, TN. Majority of this role will entail assisting in month end closing, creating reports, including weekly reports for analyses, and assisting the Corporate Accounting Manager as well as the Assistant Corporate Controller as needed with different responsibilities and reporting. Other responsibilities include maintaining financial records, running reports and coordinating with external vendors and other internal departments for billing and payment purposes. Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related

- Strong foundation in Excel (Pivot tales, VLOOKUP, etc.)

- 1-2+ year of experience performing general accounting duties, including journal entries, account reconciliation's, and financial reporting
