Job Description

A Tennessee based marketing agency is hiring a Sr. Marketing Director to join their growing organization. This resource will be both strategic and responsible for implementing marketing efforts with customers. They will manage 3-4 clients in the Healthcare Technology startup space. This is a white glove service, end to end management of marketing efforts, and an extension of each customer's internal corporate operations. This will involve growth marketing, brand messaging, and positioning from a high level. It may also include go-to-market strategies and developing funnels. This role will start out managing an Associate but may expand to managing a larger group as the agency grows. Traveling to see customers or attend conferences is usually quarterly.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional experience in Marketing
Experience working for a healthcare B2B company (SaaS would be preferred)
Experience working at an early stage or startup organization
Digital Health/Health IT marketing experience
Experience with brand messaging and leading rebrands
Experience with HubSpot - know how to set up pipelines/automations
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
Self-starter
People management skills/ability to manage and mentor someone more junior
Ability to travel quarterly
Growth marketing experience
Ability to not only create marketing strategies but execute on them
Soft skills to manage customer relationships
Must sit in EST and CST

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with healthcare conferences
