Insight Global is seeking a hybrid Payroll Coordinator in Chattanooga, TN. The Payroll Coordinator starts their day by reviewing employee timecards and ensuring all hours are accurately recorded in the time and attendance system. They process payroll transactions in ADP WorkforceNow, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and union-specific rules. Before finalizing payroll, they carefully reconcile reports to catch and fix any discrepancies. They also handle legal deductions like garnishments and child support, making sure everything complies with regulations. They will collaborate with HR to keep employee data aligned and respond to questions from employees or external partners. They generate reports to support internal departments and maintain strict confidentiality of payroll records. During tax season or year-end, they help prepare W-2s and ensure accurate reporting. Their role requires attention to detail, strong compliance knowledge, and constant communication with various stakeholders.
