Job Description
Hybrid role - onsite 2-3 days per week
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to drive and deliver cross-functional initiatives within a retail environment. This individual will play a critical role in leading complex shipping and fulfillment projects, overseeing integrations with third-party logistics providers, and ensuring seamless communication of order tracking to end customers. You will partner with internal and external teams to enable real-time order tracking and status communication to customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, hands-on experience with microservices architectures, and a deep understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS)—specifically Sterling OMS—within a retail context. This person will overse and coordinate integrations with third-party platforms, including: Narvar (customer communication, email, and tracking) and Shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS)

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical project leadership or delivery roles
- Strong experience driving cross-functional projects in a retail environment
- Proven expertise with microservices architecture
- Knowledge or experience with Sterling OMS
- Experience leading or supporting shipping and fulfillment-related initiatives
- Demonstrated experience integrating with third-party platforms and APIs
- Familiarity with FedEx and UPS integrations
- Experience working with order tracking, logistics, and customer-facing delivery systems
