Job Description
This role supports the Personalization and Deployment team in executing targeted and automated communications across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and Direct Mail. The position collaborates cross-functionally with teams such as Engagement, Data Engineering, IT Marketing, Loyalty, Market Research, and Creative to bring marketing strategies to life. The role also contributes to campaign management efforts within the Customer Marketing group, helping to advance the annual roadmap. Some of the key tasks and day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Interpret marketing segmentation strategies and campaign goals from requirement documents and translate them into actionable workflows using marketing automation tools.
• Execute, monitor, and manage multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS/Push, Direct Mail) within the marketing automation platform.
• Maintain project timelines and task lists using project management tools to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to define and secure necessary data, creative assets, and business requirements for effective targeting and segmentation.
• Develop and distribute weekly performance reports to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Document process updates and maintain training materials for the Personalization team.
• Lead internal and external meetings focused on campaign development, execution, and personalization initiatives.
• Work with Data Science and Analytics teams to identify testing opportunities, build segmentation strategies, and manage control groups for A/B testing.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or IT
○ Strong understanding of retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or marketing agency businesses are preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Marketing. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Marketing Automation and Campaign Management systems such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zeta Marketing, Braze, Hubspot, Klaviyo, etc.
• Experience with Project Management systems such as Asana, Workfront, Wrike, JIRA, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Outstanding attention to detail and timeline management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information to execute a campaign.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with SQL
