Job Description

As a Fulfillment and Buy Box-focused Product Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing our retail operations and enhancing the customer experience. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, data scientists, and business leaders, to drive the success of our eCommerce platform. Your primary focus will be on fulfillment processes and ensuring our products consistently win the Buy Box.

Fulfillment Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies to improve order processing, warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping preparation.
Optimize fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet customer expectations.

Buy Box Optimization:
Understand the factors that influence the Buy Box algorithm (e.g., pricing, availability, shipping speed).
Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure our products consistently win the Buy Box.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes accordingly.

Product Roadmap:
Define the vision and long-term strategy for fulfillment and Buy Box performance.
Prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort, aligning with overall business goals.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
User Experience and Analytics:
Use data-driven insights to enhance the customer experience throughout the fulfillment process.
Monitor key performance metrics related to fulfillment and Buy Box performance.
Continuously iterate and improve based on user feedback and data analysis.

Stakeholder Management:
Conduct regular product reviews with business leaders and senior executives.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Product Management experience
3+ years omnichannel, ecommerce, and systems development experience
Retail industry experience
Experience working in the product space focused fulfillment, buy box, and supply chain
Ability to develop product strategies by understanding key business objectives; diagnosing and mapping requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project
