Job Description

A client in Nashville, TN is looking for a remote full-cycle recruiter to join their team. This individual will be responsible for 15-20 requisitions at a time covering all lines of business (IT, finance, marketing, etc). This will be mostly inbound recruiting but is full cycle meaning ftom initial application, screening, qualifying, onboarding, etc. There are two other recruiters on the team.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of full cycle corporate recruiting

Experience with various areas of recruiting

Comfortable handling 15-20 requisitions at a time

Strong communication skills both written and verbally
