Job Description

A healthcare client in Franklin, TN is looking to hire a remote recruiter to join the team. This individual will need experience in healthcare recruiting and will be comfortable working closely with Hiring Managers. This will be a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This individual will partner with a Sourcer that will manage sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates to them. The responsibilities of this role include working with Hiring Managers, creating new postings, reviewing candidates before submittal to HM, following along in the candidate journey, drafting/sending offer letters, etc.
