Job Description

This OMS Quality Engineer evaluates the quality assurance of processes and products and recommends revisions of indicated specifications. Their duties include testing products, systems, and procedures to ensure that they meet technical standards, creating documentation on quality and safety and liaising between the engineering, production teams and the customers to uncover quality-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years experience as an OMS Quality Engineer
o Experience in a retail or ecommerce environment/industry is a plus
OMS tool experience such as Blue Yonder, JDA, or IBM Sterling
Experience monitoring and testing OMS platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create necessary documentation for OMS components
