This role involves administering Leave of Absence (LOA) requests for eligible team members, including establishing new leaves, tracking existing ones, and communicating with team members and managers. The candidate will resolve day-to-day issues within established policies, serve as the point-of-contact for LOA-related processes, and enter data into the LOA system. Responsibilities also include monitoring the LOA email and phone line, administering payroll for team members on leave, coordinating with third-party insurance carriers, processing premium payments, and collaborating with internal partners on FMLA, Workers Compensation, ADAAA accommodations, and employment terminations.
