Job Description
As a Litigation Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting legal operations. You’ll manage case files, conduct legal research, and assist with pleadings, discovery, and motions. You’ll coordinate with outside counsel, prepare witnesses and depositions, and maintain litigation calendars. You’ll also help manage budgets and invoices, respond to third-party subpoenas, and support legal correspondence. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful legal projects in a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management/e-discovery tools
Strong drafting and organizational skills; detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities independently
Skilled in creating templates/forms and collecting metrics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Paralegal Certificate
