A client is seeking two Healthcare Recruiters to join the field recruiting team temporarily while two team members are on MAT leave. This recruiter will self-source and phone screen candidates for healthcare positions across the country. Responsible for hitting the KPI of 16 phone screens a week and managing 25-45 requisitions at one time. Day to day includes calling candidates, maintaining applicant tracking system, update excel spreadsheet for applicant tracking, conducting phone screens, and take notes of candidate interviews. There will be weekly team meetings to discuss strategy and collaboration.
